✅ AI Discovery vs Referral Resilience. Tyler acknowledges that AI search will change how people find brokers, but believes referral-based, trust-led business is more resistant. His view: plenty of business will shift to AI-led discovery, but there will always be a strong market for human guidance, especially for the biggest purchase most people ever make.
